Som svar til <a href="http://www.kajakgal.dk/traektov/#comment-536">gnarlydog</a>.

Hi Gnarlydog

1) Yes. You are right. I did not have a better picture. I will change it as soon as possible.
2) 5 meter is OK in shallow water when towing my kid. But in other situations I use a 15 meters long throw line together with the tow line. Maybe I should write that.
3) Hmm. I will keep an eye open for that. I have not used it long enough to have any problems yet.

Thank you for your comments.

A couple of questions:
1) in the image above, how do you attach and detach the carabiner to the stern of the kayak towing. It looks like it is attached at the very end of the stern where the paddler could not reach it, sitting in the cockpit.
2) is 5 meters enough for you to tow in the sea with waves. I have found that the boats hit each other if the rope it that short.
3) the carabiners you show are aluminium. How long do they last you in salt water? I HAVE to use stainless steel or replace mine every 6 months.
